For the 19th time: Lenze receives Top Employer Germany award

Hamelin, January 18, 2024: Automation specialist Lenze is delighted to have been named Top Employer Germany for the 19th time. The award is presented by the renowned Top Employers Institute from Amsterdam.

The automation specialist is always open to change and works continuously to improve working conditions worldwide.

The evaluation of the Top Employers Institute's surveys provides a good basis for continuous improvement. From this it can be deduced in which areas Lenze is already very well positioned and which additional measures can help to ensure that employees are always offered a modern and attractive working environment.

The Top Employers Institute rates companies based on the information they provide in an HR best practices questionnaire. This covers various HR areas, such as HR strategy, working environment, talent acquisition, training or diversity and inclusion.  

Founded 30 years ago, the institute is a globally active company for the certification of employee conditions. This year, it recognized over 2,300 top employers in 121 countries on five continents.
