Bachofen Holding AG is selling its 51% share in Lenze Bachofen AG to Lenze SE as part of its succession planning. This makes Lenze SE the sole owner of Lenze Bachofen AG. From now on, the company will operate under the name Lenze Switzerland AG

In October of this year Lenze AG is changed in Lenze SE (sociatas europaea). The new legal form offers the basis for a future oriented evolution of the company.
