Drives DataHub (DDH) - current Docker Compose File for installation

Description

The Drives DataHub is a software package that creates a gateway between Lenze inverters and an IIoT interface. The existing process control runs completely independently of the Drives DataHub and therefore remains unaffected.

The extracted, high-quality drive data is made available to higher-level services such as asset management, condition monitoring or predictive maintenance.

Since the Drives DataHub is compatible with most Lenze inverters, it can cover greenfield and brownfield applications. This means that data from older machines can also be used and monitored to reduce downtimes and improve productivity.

System requirements

You can find the hardware- and software-related requirements in the User Guide.

Legal notes

General notes

  • In the appendix you will find the current Docker Compose file.
  • => Please always use the compose file provided for the current version.
  • => During the transition from version 1.2 up to higher version, the configuration data directory must be deleted once. This is stored in the volume: ddh-db, so this volume must be deleted when V1.3 is commissioned.
  • Before starting V1.3, the used oscilloscope configuration files (.los files) and the device configuration (.csv file) must be reloaded via the Drives DataHub interface.
  • The topic names have been converted according to the documentation. They are therefore different to the topic names in version 1.2.
  • => When switching from version 1.4 to a higher version, the currently provided compose file must also be used.

Technical data and features

  • Up to 1000 Lenze drives can be connected
  • Integrated oscilloscope functionality with sampling rates of up to 0.125 ms

Data can be collected from the following inverter and servo drives and made available via MQTT:

The data can be collected via the following Ethernet-based fieldbuses:

  • EtherNet/IP
  • Modbus TCP
  • PROFINET
