Lenze certified as Top Employer Germany for the 18th time

For the 18th time, the Hamelin-based automation specialist Lenze has been certified as Top Employer Germany by the Amsterdam-based Top Employers Institute.

"The Courage of Change" was the company's 75th anniversary motto last year. In line with this spirit, Lenze has continuously developed and optimized its working conditions.

It is not without reason that "The Courage of Change" is the anniversary motto of automation specialist Lenze. Over the past 75 years, the company has always been open to change and has played a pioneering role. Lenze is also continuously working on the contemporary design of working conditions and benefits for its employees. From the results of the Top Employer certification, the company derives measures to continue offering a modern working environment in the future.

"2022 was a particularly challenging year with the Ukraine war, the Corona pandemic, and the worldwide economic situation. But Lenze has emerged from this year stronger than ever, primarily due to the outstanding team spirit demonstrated by our employees worldwide. That's why we are particularly pleased to be named Top Employer Germany once again," says Oliver Hansper, Head of Human Resources at Lenze.
David Plink, CEO of the Top Employers Institute, says: "Exceptional times bring out the best in people and organizations. And that's what we've seen this year in our Top Employers certification program: exceptional performance by certified Top Employers 2023. These employers have consistently

Companies that are certified as Top Employers offer their employees an outstanding working and development environment. The Top Employers Institute recognized 2053 companies in 121 countries on 5 continents this year.
