At Drupa 2024, Matthias Moser, Managing Director, presents the latest model of automatic die-cutting machines from the MEDESA series: the Medesa Webmaster Cube II. Equipped with Lenze hardware and software, the machine ensures maximum flexibility in the production thanks to its sophisticated component design.

Precise punching and embossing

The CUBE II works according to the male-female principle, which is specially adapted to the material features of aluminum foils. This produces precise edges and fine embossing, which prevents the lids from sticking together and offers a wide range of design options.

Fast tool change and high flexibility

A special feature is the quick changeover of calenders and punching tools in just a few minutes. This enables efficient production even with small batch sizes or frequent product changes. New tools are also downward compatible with older machine types.

Intuitive operation and worldwide service

The user interface is based on HTML5 and has an icon-based design, which enables quick familiarization and international applicability. Remote access, fast diagnostics and software updates ensure minimal downtimes and reliable operation - worldwide.
