2-year educational development path?

What you need to bring?

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Mechatronics or a related field
  • Initial hands-on experience is a plus, but not required
  • Technical curiosity and a strong drive to learn?
  • Solid conceptual and analytical skills, together with a structured approach to work?
  • Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
  • Very good written and spoken 森林舞会游戏, ideally level B2, and proficiency in Italian or German depending on the job placement
  • Great team spirit and willingness to work closely with people from various departments and backgrounds
  • Openness to travel depending on the job assignment

FAQ

Is this an international program?

Yes, this is an international program. We have the following placements during the 18-month on-the-job training: 

  • 8 positions in Germany  
  • 2 positions Italy 

Therefore, proficiency in German or Italian is required. 

During the 6-month Automation Camp all 10 participants will stay in Hamelin, Germany and the course language is 森林舞会游戏. 

Will I get paid during the program?

During the two years you will receive a full Junior Application Engineer salary that is meeting market standards. 

Are there any costs to participate?

There are no participation fees for you.  

Travel costs for the 6-month Automation Camp at the Lenze headquarters in Hamelin, Germany will be covered by Lenze to/from your home destination and once more for the Christmas break. Additional travel costs must be covered by participants. 

Lenze is also covering accommodation costs during the 6-month Automation Camp in Hamelin, Germany. See more details in the next section. 

Meal costs incurred during the program will need to be covered by the participants themselves.  

Where will I be staying?

During the 6-month Automation Camp we provide accommodation at Villa Luise centrally in Hamelin, Germany. You will have your own apartment. Additionally, there are shared areas to spend time together with your peers of the program. 

Lenze covers all accommodation costs for you during the Automation Camp. 

After the Automation Camp you will be assigned to a local organization in Germany and Italy (depending on the future place of work) for the 18-month on-the-job training. You’ll need to arrange and fund your own accommodation.

How does the application process work?

1. Submit application 

Please submit your aplication via our HR portal. You’ll receive feedback within two weeks.

2. First interview 

Depending on the future place of work, you will receive an invitation for an interview locally in Germany or Italy, or via video call. 

The interview will be run by our Human Resources department and the responsible team lead of Application Engineering. 

3. Second interview 

You will be given an assignment of a technical task to complete before a second interview.  

You will need to present your assignment and run through additional interview questions.  

4. Employment 

If it’s a match, you get your contract.
