Machine operation – state-of-the-art
Monforts has been one of the world's leading manufacturers and exporters of textile machinery since 1884. Together with Lenze, the company developed a trendsetting visualization concept for the textile industry. It is modern, clear and intuitive to operate: The simple and intuitive machine operation creates competitive advantages and inspires the user. With the groundbreaking visualization system, Monforts lives up to its claim of being the market leader in innovation!
Easy operation – a big issue
The operability of complex machines is becoming increasingly important today. Functions such as wiping, zooming or scrolling have become so natural for people today that this is also expected of machine displays. This development also influences the way automation partners work. Monforts initially appreciated Lenze's drive technology and motion control expertise, as well as the good cooperation in engineering. The order to equip the new generation of Montex stenter frames with a completely rethought operator guidance system went beyond classic drive and control technology.
Die L?sung
Completely new user guidance: Lenze has supported Monforts in this project throughout all the phases of the engineering process. ‘With regard to the further development of our visualization, we have had Lenze by our side from the very beginning. In workshops, we worked together on initial ideas and in so doing turned our trailblazing visualization into a success’, explains Heinrichs. The Lenze team sketched out the initial implementation scenarios so that a concept could be created from the idea, and this concept was implemented in joint projects. Ultimately, it was the continuous close partnership that contributed to the implementation of this solution. Mechanical engineering projects, such as the new generation of clamping frames at Monforts, demonstrate Lenze's solution expertise: from drive technology and automation software to the human-machine interface.
