Description of behavior: If the library manager is open, the list of libraries used appears with a scroll bar that is not displayed in full. The bottom of the list is therefore not visible and the view appears truncated.
Under what conditions does this behavior occur? Sporadically, the scrollbar is not fully displayed when the library manager is opened.

Short-term measures, Recommendations,Rating: Move the library manager with the mouse and detach it from the PLC Designer workspace. This will display the library manager in its own window, which you can expand so that the list of libraries is fully visible.
